running long distance or short distance

running a long distance is all about endurance--your breathing and the smoothness of your running and the endurance to stay focused to last the distance, while short distances you push and go at a faster pace. For a longer run you have to have a proper breathing try to breath in slow through the nose and out through your mouth and try to get into an even breathing pattern Build up your distance slowly not more then 10% and that is when you get comfortable with the distance that you are running. Wear the right shoes with the proper seport and shock absoption with good arch seport. Therfore while you push yourself more and have a faster turn over in short distance you work just as hard with the longer distance. Run safe -- run hard

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
