Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

subaru sooke triathlon
There are lots of things you need to for having good luck like knocking on wood and in Japan its having a big fish aquarium wearing lots of red or the number 608 also brings good luck. looking at the course and driving over some of it made everything look tougher then it was. Having to find the bike to run exchange proved to be no easy feat either, Finding the park and the exchange point we drove part of the running stage and found that Sooke like Ladysmith has many hills and you seem to find them more on running stages than anywhere else so it seemed, Driving from the municipal hall to Whiffen Spit. The spit is a very scenic area of sooke with a bank running into the bay and you are surrounded by water Sooke Harbour house is situated at the entrance of Whiffen Spit and it is a very elegent place to dine and stay. was mostly down hill with a couple of hills thrown in Parking at the bottom of whiffen spit I changed into my running gear and proceeded to do part of my stage from the bottom to the top, seeing this is the hard part made me decide to see how steep and hilly the stage was, back at the exchange i had worked up a good sweat and this was only a quarter of the stage seeing you have to do two loops of this stage makes it a bit easier to know what Ill be up to on Sunday. The bike route didn't seem to be an easy go either and I'm sure that Gary is going to be up for a challenge also, Run Smart Stay alert.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
