Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

My runs
having done a couple of 5 km runs this week and doing a 12km today, I went out this morning for my run and went to chemainus over old victoria rd starting with a gradual hill, which if you take it easy is a gradual jog to the top and leave you puffing for air, the weather was nice for running so there was no excuse for being to hot and running slow, It just felt good to just go out and have an nice relaxing run and i wasn't over striding with my pace either, but i was leaning forward a bit to help me move forwards a bit easier and swinging my arms from the shoulders down so i wasn't wasting any energy with having my arms flopping back and fort beside me, comming to the end of victoria rd i went to cedar street and at the end of cedar i went back to daniel str and to chemainus rd and crossing the railroad I headed back to victoria rd and back to Saltair, This is a nice run and covers about 13km. Its not flat and it has you running a few hills just so that Iwould have to work a bit harder.Run Hard-- Run Smart.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
