Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Be Consistent--- To Improve Your Running.
Finished my day with a run, Although earlier in the day I had biked to Duncan , so running tonight took awhile to get get everything moving. picking an hillier route didn't help any either, I found this road that was higher then Hammond Bay road and Departure Bay Rd. So i decided to run this road to see were I would end up. It didn't take long before the sweat was running faster then me and the road wasn't getting any easier to run up, But I did find out were it ended up, and will probably use this road to get back to departure bay road seeing their is a lot less traffic on this section. some time I wonder when is enough ,enough ? or should I slow or chance my running , After all I have the miles behind me for a good running base. Then I think that distance running it is the best way to build endurance this not only helps me to improve my running But you can also use this as a base for biking and other sports. If I know I'm going to have a hard run the next day .I take it easy the day before and the day after a hard run this gives my achene body a chance to recuperate and rest. I also find that consistency with running is the answer. You don't have to run the same boring route every day our do it at the same pace , even walking when your tired then picking it up again ,but if you have no consistency . you wont get better you're not going to lose weight, And you wont run further or faster.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
