today went for a bike ride with Gail and we ended up going to westholm and then to Richards trail this is a quiet road and not much traffic so bike riding here is perfect coming out of Richard trail we turned to Maple bay on Herd rd and after a few km we came to Osborn bay rd which is a hilly rd and took us to croften were we went to the B.C ferry dock and just before that there is a nice little coffee shop and a good rest area before going back to saltair. We had a good ride and with no head winds to battle with.
