seems like i,ve never sat this still, but i,m putting more down then I did before, Its a new learning curve and kind of keeps me from doing stuff with Gail giving me the stare wondering if im feeling o.k and why im not outside doing things. Like put your but in gear and get going, if the wind dies down a bit and the tide comes in whe aim to go out in the canoe which will be a first, the running went good this morning with a good group turning out for our run to cookstr in chemainus and back to Ladysmith we covered a good 10 km and enjoyed each other banter as we jogged along chemainus road only stopping when we reached esquire coffee for our cool down off some refreshments Train hard--Run smart.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
