Goals

I wonder how many people have made New Years resolutions or goals,how many people have actually started doing them. When you made the resolution did you know it was something you actually had to do or even have to participate in doing something. When setting a goal did you set it so that you would be able to do it, that the time limit was-within reach.So that you could do  a little  each day and feel good about  having made that step Having a short time frame for  a goal helps me to see how I'm  progressing and then I can set an other goal to-Help me move to a different  level of accomplishment  and not overdo my goals that  I set as I progress , setting reasonable goals I find is more realistic and I feel better about finishing them .

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
