 Raining at home so no better time to go snow shoeing at Mt Washington then today.. So of we went to Courtenay. and the weather  there was beautiful.

The trees were loaded with snow . but with the mild weather and a bit of wind you had to watch out for the snow to drop down on you from the branches every so often you would here a big woosh as a pile of snow fell fromthe trees

Lots of snow shoe trails some easy and others hilly but all very scenic

The sides of the road were piled high with snow banks , but the road up the mountain was clear off snow
