If an community is judged to be healthy by the amount of runners or people walking around then Saltair must be a healthy community , that is the feeling I had this morning as we were running our Sunday morning run, whenever we turned a corner it seemed that you ran into an other group of people. Mtn runner had been spotted earlier this morning going for his 20 mile run,[only a month to go for his marathon run], While most people were just getting up.The striders were getting started for the morning run at 7:30 a.m having a smaller group then last week the mood to stay fit and to add on more miles still existed, doing 14 k.m and 16 k.m runs, and meeting at Cornation sq when we all finished, only to dash home to get ready for mothers day outings enjoying an other sunny day.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
