Spent the first couple of hours watching curling while doing my morning work out on the rowing machine did an hour of rowing and was getting a bit mad at the Canadian woman curling against the English team, the Canadians were blowing a 3 point lead, but managed to make a last rock throw to the button to win, Mean while on the rower I am keeping a steady pace to last an hour , it not easy sitting here although my but has gotten used to sitting on a bike seat so there isnt to much difference, I didnt do any sprints by doing a faster pace on the rower but an easy pull to make it last the hour, Having chopped down a couple of trees for next years firewood im of to trim some branches of the tree because the branches are big enough to use for firewood.    Was impressed by the stellar performance that  the Ladysmith Stryders pulled of at the Hatley Castle 8 km race and they are still holding on to seventh spot, not bad considering there are over 80 clubs registered. In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
