TO MUCH
So what is too much. where I'm working its the clips that were attached to the guide lines that are strung across the fields to hold the grape vines in a row or the huge amount of clips to hold the netting in place over top of the grape fields so that the birds cant get at the grapes that are ripening, our when you re pruning the vines you take of too many leaves or even when your thinning the grapes you could be taking of to much, Then when it comes to running you could be running to many miles or doing too many hill work outs so there is a fine balance in being able too keep fit by staying healthy so that you can enjoy your sport every day by doing everything in moderation. Run smart---- Stay fit.
